Overview
The Saramonic Vmic Mini S is a compact and lightweight multi-pattern mini-shotgun microphone that enables you to easily capture broadcast-quality sound for a variety of unique filming and recording scenarios. It features 3 selectable polar patterns: ASMR: a cardioid pattern with a focused directional pick-up, 120°: a wide cardioid pattern with a 120° pick-up, and 360°: an omnidirectional pattern for an immersive, all-around pick-up. It includes both TRS and TRRS output cables for use with cameras, mobile devices and more. It also features a 3.5mm headphone out for monitoring when used with mobile devices and Computers (App Dependent).

With its 3 selectable pick-up modes, the Vmic Mini S is ready at a moment’s notice for all these scenarios and more. Allowing you to select the sound pick-up pattern you need with the turn of a dial. Additionally, the integrated shock mount rotates 360˚ in the mount, allowing you position the Vmic Mini S in any direction you need, without having to remount the mic.
Battery-Free Operation with Plug-and-Play Functionality for Cameras, Mobile Devices and More
The Vmic Mini S includes both 3.5mm TRS and 3.5mm TRRS output cables for battery-free and simple plug-and-play operation. The TRS output cable is ideal for DSLR, Mirrorless, and Video Cameras, plus Recorders, Mixers and much more. The TRRS output cable is designed for Smartphones, Tablets and Modern Computers with 3.5mm headphone ports. Easily pair with a Lightning or USB-C to 3.5mm TRRS dongle (not included) for smartphones and tablets with no 3.5mm input.

The Vmic Mini S features a 3.5mm headphone output for use with TRRS devices. This unique feature allows real-time monitoring when used with TRRS Smartphones, Tablets and Modern Computers (app dependent). This solves a major problem when using external mics with mobile devices, allowing you to finally monitor the audio as you film in real-time.
Foam Windscreen, Furry Windshield, and Custom Molded Protective Case All Included
Included is a bullet-like Foam Windscreen with secure gasket, and a Furry Windshield for outdoor filming and high wind conditions. It also includes a zippered Protective Case with molded mic compartment and mesh pocket to keep the mic and all the accessories and cables safe when traveling or in storage.
