Returns

APPLIES ONLY TO PURCHASES MADE FROM SARAMONIC ON THIS SITE* 

*If you purchased your SARAMONIC product from a dealer, please contact them directly to inquire about their return policy. We do not accept returns of purchases made from other sources.  

However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help. You have 15 days to return your merchandise. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition. Please include a copy of the packing list, a note explaining the reason for the return, and whether you would like an exchange of equal value or to be credited (excluding shipping). While there is no restocking fee, shipping charges, if we provide you a return shipping label, will not be refunded.

In the event you feel there is a manufacturing error, please contact the Service Department at service@saramonicusa.com and we’ll do our best to make things right.

Domestic Return Process

To initiate your return, please log into your account. From there, you can choose which order you which to return products from.

While there is no restocking fee for your return, you are responsible for any costs associated with shipping your return to us. To return an item please place the item in its original packaging with a copy of the receipt, and mail your item to the following address:

International Return Process

Return your item using your preferred carrier, whether that is UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Credit will be issued once the return has been received and processed.
