Focused Audio that Eliminates Unwanted Environmental Noise
At the heart of the GM18CU is a high-sensitivity condenser capsule with a cardioid pickup pattern that focuses on the speaker while reducing off-axis ambient noise commonly found in untreated or busy rooms. The microphone’s dual gooseneck sections (upper and lower) with dual pivot points provide full 360° positioning, making it easy to place the capsule exactly where you need it for consistent, natural vocal pickup. By keeping the microphone elevated above the surface, it also helps minimize distractions like paper rustling and other tabletop noise.
Simplified Microphone Control with LED Status Indicator
Turning on and off the mic is quick and quiet via the silent touch pad on the base. Allowing users to easily turn on the mic when speaking and turn off the mic when not in use or when privacy is needed. An LED status ring around the button provides an at-a-glance indication of the status, so there’s no guessing whether the mic is live.
