Overview
The CineBuff CB-DC-ORANGE is a professional slip-on high-wind furry windshield, designed for mid-sized shotgun microphones. It is an ideal solution to get the best quality sound outdoors and in windy recording environments. It features a low-profile design, which makes it unobtrusive when the shotgun is mounted on-camera or on a boom pole. It features a multi-layered design which provides optimum wind diffusion and noise rejection of up to 40dB, with very little high frequency loss.
Reliable Wind Protection at a Remarkably Affordable Price
The CB-DC-ORANGE features 360˚ of level 6 wind protection, capable of handling winds up to 31mph and reducing wind noise up to 40dB with very little high frequency attenuation. It features a multi-layered design with an open cell mesh interior, a long faux fur exterior, and a secure rubber base. Creating a controlled air space around the microphone, reducing wind noise, but not muffling the sound. Ensuring that your recording sounds great, even if the weather gets a little windy.

The CB-DC-ORANGE has a flexible opening that fits snuggly on shotgun microphones with diameters from 17-24mm (0.66-0.94") and can accommodate shotgun interference tubes of 12-17cm (4.72-6.69") in length.
