How to Pair Saramonic Blink 500 Ultracompact Dual-Channel Wireless Transmitters and Receivers
Pairing the Saramonic Blink 500 wireless systems is quick and easy. In this article, we're going to explain how to pair one or two TX transmitters to any of the Blink 500 receivers.
Pairing Indicator Information
* The RX on-camera receiver has a pairing indicator right above the power button * The RXDi and RXUC receivers have their pairing indicator to the left of the yellow antenna * The TX transmitter's pairing indicator is on the bottom left side of the transmitter when up-right * The receiver's blue pairing indicators flash slowly when not paired to a transmitter, about once a second * The TX transmitter's pairing indicator also flashes once a second when not paired to a receiver * The pairing pinhole is found to the right of the line output on the RX on-camera receiver. It is found under the pairing indicator on the underside of the RXDI and RXUC receivers.
To Pair A Transmitter To The Receiver
* To pair a transmitter to the receiver simply take the included pairing pin and press the internal button * Once pressed the blue pairing indicator will then flash quickly, indicating it's ready to pair * When the receiver is ready to pair, simply push both the up and down level buttons on the TX transmitter (this must be done within 10 seconds or you'll have to repress the internal pairing button of the receiver) * Once the receiver is paired to the transmitter the receiver's pairing indicator will be solid blue and the transmitter's pairing indicator will flash slowly about every three seconds * If you have a second transmitter you just repeat the process with the second transmitter and the first will stay paired
That's it! It's just that simple.
